Windes & McClaughry Corporate Gallery Award

July 17, 2012 – Becca Shewmake, pictured with John Di Carlo, managing partner of Windes & McClaughry Accountancy Corp., has received the downtown firm’s semi-annual Corporate Gallery Award. The award is presented to a graduate student in the Studio Arts Program at California State University, Long Beach (CSULB). Shewmake earned her bachelor in fine arts from the University of Minnesota and is currently working on her masters of fine arts at CSULB. “Her pieces are richly complex and have an intricate and vibrant quality to them,” said Di Carlo. “Becca’s work, Welcome (pictured) is aptly named and is an appropriate work to greet visitors to our office.” The artwork will be on display for six months.
