Bundts On Melrose Opens In Bixby Knolls Area Of Long Beach

July 31, 2012 – On June 17, Jeff Beasley and his wife, Amanda, opened their shop, Bundts On Melrose, at 4147 Long Beach Blvd. in Bixby Knolls. The gourmet gifting and baking company makes miniature bundt cakes in 4-ounce sizes and 1.5-ounce “Baby Bundts.” The desserts come in different flavors, including red velvet, lemon, pineapple, orange, vanilla and German chocolate. New, special flavors are introduced every weekend. Bundts may be purchased individually or in packages of up to nine 4-ounce bundts and 24 1.5-ounce bundts. The owners request calls 48 hours in advance to place a catering order. Business hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., Saturday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Closed Wednesday.
