March 26, 2013 – Brothers Ken and Stephen Beal opened Seaside Salads, located at 5372 E. 2nd St. in the heart of Belmont Shore (formerly occupied by Me So Hungry), on March 19. The restaurant is open for breakfast, featuring quinoa and eggs, corned beef and hash and eggs, cinnamon cream cheese stuffed French toast, cranberry banana bread French toast; as well as lunch, featuring Cabo cobb salad, Muscle Beach salad, Napoli salad, Treasure Cay salad and more.
