Molina Healthcare Add Office Space

January 21, 2013 – The new year got off to a good start in Long Beach as SCAN Health Plan announced it expanded its lease at Kilroy Airport Center, adding about 50,000 square feet of office space for planned growth. Bill Roth, chief operating officer for SCAN, said in a statement to the Business Journal, “SCAN was founded by residents of Long Beach and we consider this our home. Despite the challenges our industry continues to face, SCAN continues to grow and we feel fortunate that there was space available at Kilroy to accommodate our current and future needs. We plan to be in Long Beach for many more years and look forward to continuing to contribute to the vibrancy of the local business community.” Cushman & Wakefield represented Kilroy in the transaction, while SCAN was represented by Jones Lang LaSalle.
