Long Beach Exchange is preparing to welcome two new tenants: retailer Open Air Vintage and fast-casual Poké2 Grill.

Founded by Martaveous Holliday and Savannah Singman, Open Air Vintage curates top-quality clothing, exclusive sneakers, plants and accessories. The “aesthetically driven” vintage shop is celebrating its grand opening Saturday from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., according to the announcement. The event includes complimentary shaved ice and a Kaws keychain while supplies last as well as a raffle for a chance to win a mystery Jordan 1 and other prizes.

“We … are truly passionate about what we do, and we can’t wait to share that passion with the patrons at Long Beach Exchange,” Holliday said in a statement. “LBX is an integral part of the Long Beach community, we are so thankful to be opening our very first location here.”

No date has been announced for Poké2’s opening, but according to the announcement the eatery will be serving up its specialty and customizable build-your-own bowls later this summer inside The Hangar from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.

This will be the second Poké2 location. Its flagship restaurant opened in Downey in April 2017 and won the Best of Downey award in the restaurant category three years in a row, according to the announcement.

“We are very excited to be opening our second inside The Hangar at Long Beach Exchange and can’t wait to get to know the Long Beach community,” owner and CEO Sarah Kim said in a statement.

Long Beach Exchange is located at 4069 N. Lakewood Blvd.
